The Lead Whisperers – Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Fulfillment of Services
The Lead Whisperers is a service-based business providing Inside Sales Agent (ISA) services, CRM management, and lead conversion support. Upon purchase of any of our service packages, clients will receive a welcome email and onboarding instructions within 1 business day. Services commence on the agreed-upon start date outlined in your onboarding process.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, which involve allocated staffing and scheduled hours, The Lead Whisperers does not offer refunds once services have begun.
If you choose to cancel services before your package start date, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. After services begin, no refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service packages with a 14-day written notice via email to support@theleadwhisperers.com. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle or the end of the 14-day notice period—whichever is longer.
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the client violates our service agreement, with no refund due.
