Don't Let Your Leads Slip Through the Cracks

As a real estate agent or broker, you know that your ISA is one of the most important persons in your office. They are the ones who have been calling and emailing potential leads for you so they can be sure they're getting to them when their interest level is at its highest. But if you don't call these leads yourself, someone else will!

The worst thing you can do is not respond to a lead that your ISA has given you. Once the ISA has determined that you have a viable opportunity, it is imperative that you do not wait to make contact. If the lead doesn't hear from you within a 10-15 minute window, they will likely lose faith in you and move on to another agent or ignore you entirely.

Remember: if they are on YOUR website, they're likely on five others. So don't let them slip through the cracks! This is money sitting on the table, and you risk losing it if you don't take action!
